Bodywise Bali offers private and small group yoga/pilates classes for all levels.
Private lessons are a great way to learn what is available for your body at a given time. It’s more effective, engaging and more ‘YOU’.
- If you are an existing patient, your therapist can communicate with the teacher and explain them about your existing injury.
- If you are not an existing patient and you have physical issues that need attention, please let us know. It might be better if you book in a session with one of our consultants, so we can assess your physical condition first. Your private yoga/pilates session will be more effective.
Our yoga teacher is Kus Kus and pilates teacher is Indira. Both ladies are well qualified teachers.
